Welcome to Concierge “Conckw.com”.  Concierge provides website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at conckw.com, use Concierge products or services, use Concierge applications for mobile. By using Concierge services, you agree, on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others to the following conditions.

COPYRIGHT

All content included in or made available through any Concierge services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of Concierge or its content supplier. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any Concierge services is the exclusive property of Concierge and protected by international copyright laws.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Concierge reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content but does not regularly review posted content.

USAGE

This application is designed to be used by users of age 21 and above.

RISK OF LOSS

All purchases of physical items from Concierge are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE

Concierge is obligated to the exchange and return policy in Kuwait that is subjected to the executive regulations of Law No. 2014/39 on Consumer Protection.

If the customer wants to return the product without a problem or obvious reason, the return will be made within 14 days from the date of purchase specified in the invoice and new delivery charges will be paid. If the return is made on the same day, the old delivery charges will be approved.

If a defect appears in the product within the 14 days prescribed by Consumer Protection, the product will be returned or replaced, and no delivery fees will be paid, provided that the condition of the product is as it is complete.

These notes do not apply to used products or sensitive products such as preserved food and sanitary ware, so they are not returned.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Concierge attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Concierge does not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

PRICING

"List Price" means the suggested retail price of a product as provided by a manufacturer, supplier, or seller. We regularly check List Prices against prices recently found on Concierge and other retailers. Certain products may have a "Was Price" displayed, which is determined using recent price history of the product on Concierge.

APP PERMISSIONS

When you use apps created by Tocaan, such as the Concierge services, you may grant certain permissions to us for your device. Most mobile devices provide you with information about these permissions.
